Service Documents

If you would like to become an Approved Driver, you will need to complete the

Volunteer Driver Application and submit the required documentation (noted on the form).

In addition, we ask all our volunteers, who will be serving around students, to complete the Child Safe process which includes watching this video and completing this form (to be submitted to the School Office).
