The admission process is straight forward:
Meet with our Administrator. Bring report cards and other academic records to aid in placement. In some cases, placement testing may be required.
Read the Handbook. Parents and students 5th grade and above must read the handbook and sign a cooperation statement.
Complete the Application. The completed application, with the registration fee, should be sent to the School Office. Enrollment is not considered complete until both have been received.
Submit current immunization records or a current exemption form as required by the State of Vermont. These documents can be turned in to the School Office or emailed to email@example.com.
Submit Medication Authorization. If you would like your student to have access to standard over-the-counter pain medications, a signed Medication Authorization form must be on file (a new one is required each school year). This form is also required for prescription medications that may need to be administered during the school day. This document can be turned in to the School Office or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Attend Parent Orientation. This required gathering takes place during the last week of summer vacation and is a valuable source of important information for the coming school year.
